About Professor Huer

Kyung Huer started studying Spanish at a university in South Korea, where he is originally from. Through the course work for his major in Spanish, he became so fascinated with the language and culture, it lead him to study in Colombia, South America where he achieved not only his advanced degree, but also where he gained his proud multicultural "familia colombo-corea-americana."

Because of his background, Huer enjoys very much teaching language courses to college students, the age at which he started learning Spanish himself. His teaching philosophy is that learning a foreign language should be an enjoyable experience, not a frustrating one, and students should be motivated by both teachers and themselves. ¡Viva el español!
